Rachna D’Mello is a Senior Manager at Fordham Group’s Melbourne Office since June 2015 and prior to that was at PKF Melbourne for nearly 11 years.

Rachna is an expert in business services and tax with a specialisation in family-owned businesses. Her experience includes working with private business owners in maximizing the value of their business and working towards a successful exit strategy. Her clients range from various industries and her expertise lies in assisting clients on their wealth journey.

Over the years Rachna has been working with families in business to families of high net worth that require a range of services including preparation of financial statements and tax returns, strategic wealth planning, assistance with estate planning and intergenerational wealth planning. She also provides various forms of assistance to clients as needed, including setting up financial accounting systems, transitioning new software and upgrades, improving employee engagement and liaising with financial brokers, bankers and other principal advisors.

Rachna manages a bookkeeping team who deliver bookkeeping services to business owners and family office clients. Her passion for numbers and process drives her to design streamlined processes for clients to give them peace of mind. She believes in providing live information to her clients so that they can make informed decisions. She truly believes that clients should focus on the business and not in the business.

Rachna has taken her expertise from the business owner world to not for profits. She is keen to apply business best practices to not for profit organisations to build their capacity for purposeful growth. Her knowledge and breadth of experience can help not for profits design a framework that builds governance and minimises risk.

Rachna is keen to work with organisations that are growing fast to ensure that structure people and process are aligned just like alignment of heart and mind and alignment of vision and values.
