Construction Industry Facing Major Cyclone of Change

The COVID-19 cyclone of change and challenges, which has confronted Australia’s building, construction and property sectors for nearly three months, will be the subject of the next Tradeswomen Australia’s online seminar. 
 
Fiona McDonald, Managing Director of Tradeswomen Australia said the online public seminar will focus on managing workplace productivity during a crisis – solutions and tips to increase productivity – behind the scenes of the building and construction industry and the future of the building and construction workforce.

“The daily announcements on the economic difficulties in the industry are further expanded by community anxiety and potential major job losses,” Ms McDonald said.

“Pauline Duncan, Executive General Manager People & Culture, at Simonds Group Australia, and Sarah Palmer ,Project Manager – Capital Projects at Boral and Non-Executive Director of Tradeswomen Australia will provide an industry insiders view of what is happening at the coal face on sites around Australia.” 
 
Pauline Duncan and Sarah Palmer will share their experiences and solutions being used in dealing with Workplace Productivity during the crisis.
