Gaelle’s career began in the French wine industry. Moving to Australia Gaelle decided she would like to pursue something different. Unsure of her career direction Gaelle chased the mining boom and began as a cleaner on the mine sites. This is how Gaelle discovered her passion for mechanics and was inspired to begin a heavy diesel apprenticeship. Gaelle is now a successful Heavy Diesel Fitter, A mentee of WIMWA, A Human Book, and a member of TradeUp Australia. She never stops learning and is an inspiration to anyone considering a career change.
